How do I get a login and password?
Click “Create an Account” located at the top right corner of the website to get started. Fill in your name, email and a password. Then click “Create” and you’re ready to start shopping!

 

How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an automatic email order confirmation within moments of submitting your order. If you do not see it after a few minutes, you may want to check your junk folder.
*It is always important to review order confirmations to ensure accuracy. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours by calling 519-623-5101 or emailing info@canadacartagegear.com.

 

Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
For the majority of items, orders can be as small as just one item. If there is a minimum quantity for a specific item; it will only allow you to add equal to or more than the minimum. The webstore will prompt you accordingly.

 

How long will it take to ship out my order?
Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks.

 

What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us at info@canadacartagegear.com with the details including the order number.

 

What is your Return Policy?
Returns will only be accepted for defective items or orders delivered incorrectly. Please use the size charts provided for clothing, to ensure garments fit accordingly.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Invoice Me (for select users). Your approved methods of payment will appear on the payment page.

 

Does Canada Cartage have a physical retail store?
No.

 

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box Number?
No. We can only ship to physical locations. If you do not have a home address that can be used, please have your order shipped to your local terminal.
